PURPOSE:To accept a call having not been received in spite of its frequent arrival with priority by storing a notice number of times of a caller corresponding to call number information and implementing the control of the arrival of calls based on the notice number of times till the incoming call is received. CONSTITUTION:A notice number registration means 104 receives caller number information sent from an ISDN 200 at the arrival of a all and stores the notice number of times of the call corresponding to the caller number in a storage means 105. An incoming call control means 106 implements connection control of a communication line between a network interface 101 and a facsimile communication section 102, and when a call whose notice number of times is a prescribed value, comes, the notice number of times of the call to the caller number in the means 105 is referenced and when the number of times exceeds a prescribed number, the acceptance of the call is permitted till an idle channel is available. Thus, the probability of being kept awaited for a long time regardless of number of lines provided is reduced and the call is accepted with a proper reply. |
