PURPOSE:To reduce the effect of the dispersion in components and of a parasitic element of the circuit onto a drive signal turning on/off alternately two MOSFETs connected in series and to reduce number of components of the entire drive circuit with configuration hardly affected by the operating state and the characteristic of the driven MOSFET with respect to a MOSFET drive circuit requiring isolation between a MOSFET and its drive signal generating side. CONSTITUTION:The MOSFET drive circuit turning alternately on/off two MOSFETs 101, 102 connected in series is provided with a signal oscillation section 30 outputting a periodic signal to set on/off period of the two MOSFETs 101, 102, an isolation signal transmission section 11 outputting two control signals isolated with each other whose duty ratio is constant and whose phases are deviated by 180 deg. in response to the periodic signal, and a signal control sections 12, 13 driving the two MOSFETs 101, 102 adjusting each duty ratio of the two control signals and converting the result into a drive signal having a simultaneous OFF period. |
