PURPOSE:To provide a technique for inexpensively manufacturing non-oriented electromagnetic steel plate having an excellent magnetic flux density and iron loss and excellent stamping characteristics. CONSTITUTION:A slab which contains by wt.% 0.005% or less of C, 0.1-2.0% of Si, 0.1-1.5% of Mn, 0.03-0.2% of P, less than 0.003% of S, 0.1-1.0% of Al. 0.01-0.03% of Sn, 0.003% or less of N, 0.005% or less of O, residue of Fe and unavoidable ingredients and has 10% or less of the ratio of the weight of MnO to total amount of three types of inclusions of SiO2, Al2O3 and MnO is heated at 900-1100 deg.C. Thereafter, a method for manufacturing a non-oriented electromagnetic steel plate having excellent magnetic characteristics comprises the steps of hot rolling, batch-annealing at 700-900 deg.C, then cold rolling and continuously annealing it. |
