The electro-depositing apparatus has a nozzle, a pumping unit, and a cathode support unit to carry out an electro- depositing method thereof in the steps of ejecting an electro- deposition solution having a positive potential applied thereto from a predetermined height, and dipping a portion of a heater welded to a support body supplied with a negative potential to the ejected electro-deposition solution to electrically deposit an electron emitting material onto the heater. The method and apparatus do not require a separate agitation of the electro-deposition solution and solve a problem caused during welding the completely electro-deposited heater to the support body by the electron emitting material, thereby improving the quality and, further, reliability of the products.
