PURPOSE:To make it possible to mount a plurality of different types of chips on a board by installing a joint section which is connected to a attracting pad connected and disconnected to a suction hole formed on the bottom of a gel pack tray in such a fashion that it may be freely removed, a connection and disconnection means which connects and disconnects the joint section and a suction means which is continuously connected to the joint section. CONSTITUTION:A gel pack tray 5 is loaded on a table 3 where a lift means 11 lifts a material 10 which rises and falls. An attracting pad 20 is pressure- welded to a suction hole 5a formed on the bottom of the gel pack tray. In addition, a turn table 1 is rotated by driving a drive section 2 so that a table provided with the gel pack tray having a required type of chips may be positioned on a pick up stage S, thereby connecting a joint section 25 to the attracting pad positioned on the pick up stage and attracting the air in the gel pack tray by a suction means 32. Then, the chips on a gel sheet 5c are changed from a surface contact to a point contact so that they may be picked up to a nozzle of a loading head. |
