PURPOSE:To locate a fault location on the occurrence of a fault. CONSTITUTION:The circuit is provided with a selector (1)3 selecting and outputting either an input unipolar data signal 11 of a U/B converter 1 or an output unipolar data signal 21 of a B/U converter 2, a selector (2)4 selecting and outputting either an output unipolar data signal 12 of the U/B converter 1 or an input unipolar data signal 22 of the B/U converter 2, a high input impedance B/U converter 5 converting an output signal of the selector (2)4 into a unipolar data signal, and an alarm detector 6 comparing the output data signal of the high input impedance B/U converter 5 and the output data signal of the selector (1)3, detects a data error and outputting an alarm signal 8, and the operating state of the U/B converter 1 or the B/U converter 2 is diagnosed. |
