CONSTITUTION:The face picture recorded by printing or encoding in an ID card is read, the feature of a card possessor individual is extracted, a user is taken by a TV camera 5, etc., the feature of the face of the user is extracted from the face picture, and whether the user and the card possessor is equal or not is judged from the coincidence degree of the both features. A coincidence degree calculation part 9 calculates the coincidence degree of the center area of the card input face picture from a face picture center area mosaic conversion part 4 and the center area of the real face picture from a real face picture extraction area mosaic conversion part 8. Namely, the coincidence calculation part 9 calculates the distance between two vectors based on the card input and the camera input and transfers the result to a decision part 10. The decision part 10 compares the distance between the two vectors with the decision reference value and decides them. |
