PURPOSE:To provide the production control system which can execute efficiently checking, repairing and inspection even in a complicated production line in which a burden of checking, repairing and inspection becomes large since a complicated production process in which elements for which checking and repairing are required are considerable is provided, and also, an inspection item increases. CONSTITUTION:The maintenance management of a production is executed by inferring the probability of prescribed abnormality generated in each process 1a-1n, 2a-2n, based on output information of a work data collecting means 6, an inspection data collecting means 7 and a fault data collecting means 8, and outputting a checking list of each process, based on abnormality predictive data. |
