PURPOSE:To match industrial information to be handled by a transmitter and industrial information to be handled by a converter without fail. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with a transmitter 1 to transmit internally set data in the case of turning on a power source and a converter 2 to transmit digital signals transmitted from the transmitter 1 based on the data in the case of turning on the power source as analog signals matched to the information contents. In the case of turning on the power source, the transmitter 1 transmits data set in advance, and the converter 2 receiving those data reads data corresponding to the contents of those data from a table 2b and executes converting operations based on those read data.
