PURPOSE:To reduce the misdetection and the detection error of a motion vector. CONSTITUTION:The motion vector detecting systems 12a-12e detect the motion vectors out of the image signals received from an input terminal. 10 based on the detection algorithms and/or detection characteristics different from each other.
