PURPOSE:To easily control flying of a toner from a developing roll and to obtain sufficient picture image density by using a conductive coating comps. set up to make an electric resistance of the binder resin and dispersed material at under a specified value to form a conductive high molecular layer on a surrounding binder resin of a conductive roll shaft by allowing to contain the dispersed material having an electric resistance a specified value or below in binder resin. CONSTITUTION:On surrounding surface of metallic sleeve 12, the conductive high molecular layer 13 is formed. The layer 13 is formed with an electric conductive coating compn. upon setting up as a conductive powder and a dispersed material are contained dispersedly in the binder resin, and a electric resistance of the dispersed material is <=10<7>OMEGA.cm and electric resistance of the compn. of the binder resin and dispersed material is <=10<10>OMEGA.cm. |
