PURPOSE:To receive and transmit an exact control data by encoding a sub signal from the transmission side by means of the ID cord of the transmitter through logic operation and decoding the received sub signal by means of the ID cord of a receiver through logic operation. CONSTITUTION:Before transmitting a data signal 16 an ID code and an XOR (exclusive-OR) are operated in a CPU to make process data 16a, and the signal 16 is coupled with a bit synchronizing signal 14, a frame synchronizing signal 15 and a parity signal 17, and is transmitted through a transmission circuit. Thus sub-signals can be received and transmitted during the transmission and reception of the same set without extending the mute time during telephone call, thereby the control data is exactly received and transmitted.
