PURPOSE:To reduce transmission power and to utilize the frequency effectively by applying processing to shift a frequency component of a telephone signal to a lower frequency and implementing signal processing for TCM processing. CONSTITUTION:A frequency band of a signal of each communication is shifted to a lower frequency and divided into a low frequency signal and a high frequency signal. Then, the low frequency signal is blocked at a prescribed time interval to form a low frequency time piece signal, a broad band signal is subject to frequency conversion to set the same frequency range as the frequency range of the low frequency signal thereby generating a low frequency processed high frequency time piece signal. Then, the low frequency time piece signal and the low frequency processed high frequency time piece signal are alternately superimposed on a time slot of frame structure and communication is implemented between a radio base station 30 and mobile radio equipment 100-1-100-n. Since the multiplex load gain of the time division time compression multiplex (TCM) signal is increased and the carrier interval is made narrow, the transmission power is reduced and the frequency is effectively utilized. |
