PURPOSE:To optionally correct a pitch deviation between musical tones generated from plural sound sources by providing this electronic musical instrument with respective sound source means and a frequency data storage means capable of individually storing frequency data for all pitches. CONSTITUTION:Respective keys, i.e., key correspondence data groups corresponding to respective pitches, and various waveform data are stored in a ROM 3. The key correspondence data of each key are constituted of the musical tone waveforms of respective sound sources alpha4, beta5 and frequency (pitch) data. A CPU 1 enters key information stored in a keyboard device 2. Then the CPU 1 accesses the ROM 3 based upon the key information, reads out various parameters necessary for the formation of musical tones and sets up the read parameters in the sound sources alpha4, beta5. The sound sources alpha4, beta5 independently access the ROM 3 in accordance with the set parameters. Musical tone generating processing is executed in accordance with the specified musical tone waveforms and frequency and musical tone waveform data are outputted. |
