PURPOSE:To obtain a stable voltage by reducing power consumption of a battery, to increase its life, and further removing the noise of an output voltage. CONSTITUTION:A voltage of a battery 11 is detected by a voltage detector 16. When the battery voltage is higher than a predetermined value, the detector 16 switches first and second switches 17, 18 to a terminal A side. Thus, a voltage controlled by a switching regulator 12 is output to a motor 14 and a series regulator 13. An output voltage of the regulator 13 is output to a microcomputer 15. When the battery voltage is lower than the predetermined value, the detector 16 switches the switches 17, 18 to a terminal B side. Thus, the battery voltage is output directly to the motor 14 and the regulator 13. |
