PURPOSE:To form image with light using wavelength in a wide range including from visible ray to near infrared beam according selection of sensitivity intensifier by using a photosensitive resin compound including an intensifier and a resin containing oxazole derivative in a side chain. CONSTITUTION:A resin containing oxazole derivative in a side chain is composed of homopolymer of vinyl monomers having oxazole derivative or a copolymer with other vinyl monomers, and these polymers can be synthesized easily by usual radical polymerization using azoisobutylonitrile as a polymerization starting agent. A photosensitive resin compound including a resin containing ozasole derivative 1 in a side chain and a sensitivity intensifying agent 2 is applied to a base board 3, followed by photo irradiation, the oxazole derivative 1 is turned into triacyl amide compound 4 through the intensifying photo- oxidation reaction, to form a latent image, which is immersed in an amine aqueous solution to allow the triamide compound portion to make reaction with amine and elude into the aqueous solution, and thus a positive image 5 is recorded. |
