PURPOSE:To prevent mis-recognition due to hand touching or the like by ejecting an IC card at a power as low as possible, suppressing friction and dirt of a contact probe and accurately discriminating insertion/eject of the IC card. CONSTITUTION:Two IC card insertion detection switches 29, 30 and a one-chip probe chip 33 are provided in an IC card loading device 27. Moreover, an eject button is not used during talking by the locking by an IC card eject button lock section 45 and an eject button claw of an eject lock control bar during talking.
