PURPOSE:To switch over a PCM sound and an FM sound by inputting the state of frame synchronism. CONSTITUTION:This method consists of a PCM sound processing part (4) which outputs the state of frame synchronism, an FM sound demodulation part (5) which demodulates the FM sound, a system control part (3) which outputs a control signal (11) for selecting the PCM sound or FM sound according to the state of frame synchronism, and a sound output switching part (1) which switches the PCM sound and FM sound according to the control signal (11).
