The device comprises a bar or drum (6) facing towards the uppermost section of the opening which is turnable in both directions, and a belt of suitable width secured to the bar. A belt section (7,7') extends in each case from a base profile (10) in the seal, where the upper section cooperates with the bar or drum so that the turning of the bar in one direction pulls the belt section over the bar, whilst turning in the other direction pulls the belt off the bar. A predetermined number of horizontal extending securable reinforcing elements (11,11a,b) are located freely within or between the belt sections, and are arranged above each other. A flexible holder body (12,13) is located in between these elements at a suitable distance. |
