<p>PURPOSE:To perform accurate estimation by minimizing the deviation of initial values of an estimated OD(origin destination) table from a transcendental OD table. CONSTITUTION:This device consists of a transcendental OD table storage means 1, an estimated OD table storage means 2, a deviation calculating means 3 which calculates the deviation of initial values of the estimated table from those of the transcendental OD table, a row sum and column sum storage means 4, a row sum and column sum calculating means 5 for the estimated OD table, a row sum and column sum difference calculating means 6, a deviation minimizing means 7 using the GA method (genetic algorithms), and an estimated OD table element changing means 8. When the transcendental OD table and the row sum, the column sum, and the sum total of the estimated OD table are given as input data, the deviation of initial values of the estimated OD table from the transcendental OD table is calculated and outputted. This deviation is minimized to obtain the estimated OD table. Thus, estimation is so performed that the deviation from the transcendental OD table is minimum on the restrictive condition that elements of the OD table are integers.</p> |
