PURPOSE:To obtain a magnetic field with the strength set as desired to an IC, and to measure the influence of the magnetic field to the IC, by feeding a current to a solenoid coil provided around an IC presser bobbin of the lid of a socket so as to generate a magnetic field, and converting the amount of the current. CONSTITUTION:A socket lid 3 is connected to an IC board 1 to open and close by a rotary shaft 8, a recess 10 to insert an IC is provided at the center, and contact pins 2 with the IC are provided around the recess 10. In order to contact the tips of the pins 2 to a wiring, a coaxial cable, or the like, of a printed board, the tips of the pins 2 are projected from the bottom of the IC board 1, and an IC presser 4 is fixed corresponding to the recess 10 at the inside of the lid 3. A power source is connected to a solenoid coil 9 provided around the bobbin 4a of the IC presser 4 through a lead wire 6, and the current of the coil 9 is converted by regulating the output voltage of the power source, so as to regulate the generated magnetic field. As a result, the influence of the magnetic field to the IC can be measured easily. |
