<p>PURPOSE:To accurately count input/output response time by counting time concerning an information processing to be fluctuated corresponding to the design specification and calculating the input/output response time by using the counted result. CONSTITUTION:A microprocessor(MP) 2 counts the time from the start of refresh to the start of the next refresh by using a timer 2A and stores the latest result in a refresh time storage memory 7. On the other hand, the MP 2 counts the time from the start of a user program to the next start by using the timer 2A and stores the latest program execution time in a scan time storage memory 8. Then, the input/output response time is calculated according to a prescribed calculation formula decided in advance by using refresh time counting data in the refresh time storage memory 7 and the scan time counting data in the scan time memory 8, and the calculated input/output response time is written in a special register memory 10. Thus, the input/output response time can be accurately counted.</p> |
