PURPOSE:To convert data between a simple electronic sheet generating device and a word processor by converting the data generated by a data generating means to data in the internal form and converting the data to the data form of a read means and outputting the data to the data read means. CONSTITUTION:When the data are generated by a data generating means 80, the data, the data name, and the generating device classification are outputted to a converting means 6. The converting means 6 identifies the classifications of a data generating means 80 and applies conversion procedures corresponding to the classifications to convert inputted data to data in the internal form. The operator of a data read means 90 outputs a conversion instruction including the classifications of the data read means 90 and the data name to a conversion means 6 for referring to and updating the data in the data generating means 80. The conversion means 6 converts pertinent data in the internal form with conversion procedures corresponding to the classification of the data read means 90 based on the conversion instruction from the data read means and outputs the converted data to the data read means 90. |
