PURPOSE:To automize the determination of parts demand priority and a demanding work. CONSTITUTION:A demand matter extracting/aligning part 2 extracts arranged parts to be delivered before the day concerned from undelivered arranged parts mentioned in a parts necessary data table 6, and aligns them in order of parts necessary day. Subsequently, the arranged parts are aligned in order of priority of the manufacturing order to which the parts concerned shown in a manufacturing order priority table 7 is to be allowed to correspond. An automatic demanding part 3 refers to a demanding method definition file 1, obtains a demanding method of the respective arranged parts, and executes an automatic demand of one or both of demand document transmission to a facsimile 9, and demand document transmission through a material VAN 10 in accordance with designation of the demanding method in order of priority of the manufacturing order. A demand instructing part 4 refers to the demanding method definition file 1, arranges demand matters by every person in charge of the demand, and when an inquiry is executed from a terminal, it is displayed on a screen of a demand person-in-charge terminal 11. A demanding method registering part 5 executes registration of the demanding method to the demanding method definition file 1 by an interactive screen. |
