<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the illegal use of a prepaid card system by discriminating a prepaid card whose data is copied or the illegal prepaid card whose frequency data is rewritten or the like. CONSTITUTION:This prepaid card inspecting device 1 is provided with inspecting part 10 to inspect the correctness of the prepaid card based on the data of the prepaid card read by a card reader/writer device 2 and a storage part 11 to store the readout data. Then, the inspecting part 10 is provided with an intrinsic data inspecting means 10a to collate the intrinsic data read out of the prepaid card with the intrinsic data stored in the storage part 11, and simultaneously, it is provided with a frequency data inspecting means 10b to compare the frequency data accompanying the intrinsic data stored in the storage part 11 with the frequency data read from the prepaid card.</p> |
