发明名称 THERMOSETTING MAGNETIC SUBSTANCE RESIN COMPOSITE MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To enhance magnetic properties and oxidation resistance by adopting a magnetic resin composite material which comprises a specific amount of rare earth-iron-nitrogen magnetic powder, a coupling agent which includes at least one type out of titanium and silicon and thermosetting resin. CONSTITUTION:This magnetic resin composite material comprises 69 to 99.5wt.% of rare earth-iron-nitrogen magnetic powder, 0.01 to 5wt.% of smoothing agent, 0.01 to 5wt.% of coupling agent and 0.2 to 30wt.% of thermosetting resin. The smoothing agent includes one type or at least two types out of aliphatic acid, amines, aliphatic acid salts and aliphatic and amides while the coupling agent includes at least one type out of titanium and silicon. What is more, it comprise thermosetting resin which includes one type or at least two types out of epoxy resin, epoxy denatured phenol resin, phenol resin and unsaturated polyester resin. This composite material is provided with high magnetic orientation properties and oxidation resistance. It is, therefore, possible to produce a bond magnet which is excellent in terms of surface smoothness, dimensional stability and magnetic properties.
