PURPOSE:To easily execute the editing work of automatic playing data. CONSTITUTION:An automatic playing pattern memory 60 is divided into plural rhythm styles and plural sections and each section stores a playing pattern consisting of a series of original playing data. Playing patterns belonging to all the sections corresponding to respective rhythm styles or optional number of playing patterns belonging to the same rhythm style are selectively transferred to a sequencer memory 70 by the operation of an operation panel 20. Playing data to be stored by the transfer or initialization and melody playing data are stored in the memory 70 and both the data are edited (insertion, rewriting and overdubbing) by key playing. In the editing operation, stored data can be changed by a key playing data while repeatedly reproducing an optionally specified section. |
