PURPOSE:To make a hub hard to exfoliate from the substrate of an optical disk as well as to prevent the deterioration of the joining strength of the hub to the substrate by irradiating the joining faces of the hub and the substrate with UV and then joining the hub to the substrate. CONSTITUTION:The joining faces of a hub and the substrate of an optical disk are irradiated with UV and then the hub is joined to the substrate. By the irradiation with UV, the joining strength of the hub to the substrate is enhanced, this strength is hardly deteriorated even after the lapse of a long time or even after use under severe conditions and the hub is made hard to exfoliate. |
