The method comprises (i) melting high speed tool steel in the induction furnace, (ii) preparing fine steel powder by water atomization process, (iii) blending the mixing powder adding 0.1-3.0 % acrawax for 10-60 minutes, (iv) forming a compact with 6- 9 g/cm3 of density by unidirectional press, (v) preheating the compact to 700-900 deg.C for 10-30 minutes under nitrogen and ammonia gas atmosphere, and (vi) sintering the compact at 1,000-1,250 deg.C for 10-80 minutes.
