PURPOSE:To obtain a sure connection and stable filter characteristic, by energizing a pair of resonance electrodes confronting with each other sandwiching a dielectric layer by inserting a connecting member between the ends of the resonance electrodes on the other side. CONSTITUTION:Between the end on the other side of confronting resonance electrodes 4, 4, in other words, the upper and lower spatial parts between the end parts on an opposite side and a connecting end to an earth electrode 3, a U-shaped connecting member 7 consisting of a metal, etc., is inserted, and the abutting part of the connecting member 7 with the above stated resonance electrode 4 is fixed with solder 8. Since the connecting member 7 is inserted and connected to the end on the other side of the resonance electrode 4 having a square shape spatial part, a worker can perform the conduction connection between the resonance electrodes 4, 4 observing the connection, thereby, the connection can be performed surely, and also, it is possible to prevent a connection state from being affected by camber even when the camber is generated in a dielectric substrate 2, and the connection can be obtained surely, therefore, it is possible to secure the stable filter characteristic, and as a result the yield of a product can be improved. |
