METHOD OF MANUFACTURING ALUMINIUM COMPOUND MATERIAL

Al composite material is manufactured by (1) first placing a preform in a metal mold being maintained at 250-330 deg.C after being preheated to a range of matrix melting point to matrix melting point +50 deg.C, the preform being made by removing a solvant from an aqueous solution including ceramic fiber, solvent and binder, and (2) pressing to impregnate the preform with aluminium melts. The mechanical properties of Al composite material are improved.
