The apparatus unloads industrial raw materials i.e. cement, sand and gravel, coal, in a desired place by use of mechanical force. The unloading apparatus comprises an unloading chamber (1) having rails (24) guiding the vehicle (20), conveyor belts (29,29'), and a equipment chamber (1a) at its upper part; a rolling means (3) supported by a traverse guide rod (2) and moving back and forth; a lift rod (14) hinged at a support shaft (13) under the rolling means (3) and selectively getting lifted into the vehicle (20); a bent rod (16) hinged under the lift rod (14) and rotated by a cylinder (17); an auxillary blade (25) selectively pivoting at right angle by a discharge cylinder (27).
