The device for manufacturing semifinished products of cone parts consists of the upper metal mold, in which a central hole fitting a center rod of the lower metal mold is formed to the prescribed depth and the several projections are formed on the face between the central hole and circumference, and the lower metal mold, in which the central rod and cone type portion being filled with metal powder are formed. The method comprises filling cone type portion with the metal powder, and then pressing with the upper metal.
