JUNCTURE BETWEEN HEATER TUBE AND HOUSING OF HOT GAS MACHINE

PURPOSE:To prevent clogging of filler metal in brazing a heater tube without stepped drilling of a housing, by making a concave inside the juncture of the heater tube. CONSTITUTION:A spill concave 6a about 1-2mm. in depth is made inside the juncture of a housing 6 with a heater tube 7 which is put in a fitting hole 6d of the housing 6 and brazed, so that a projection 7a at its tip is projected within the depth in the concave 6a. This concave 6a is pressure-proof and of spherical or pot type as an end plate of a pressure vessel. This construction can eliminate interference between the tip of heater tube 7 and the head of a piston 5 and completely prevent intrusion of brazing filler metal 8 into a hole 7b of the heater tube 7 with the internal projection 7a serving as a stopper.
