PURPOSE:To avoid the adhesion of unnecessary active material to cut surface by a procedure in which a groove is provided in a blade-widthwise direction inside of the movable blade of a cutter and grease is filled in the groove to enable the grease to be coated on the cut surface of a lattice as soon as it is cut. CONSTITUTION:The inside of the movable blade 1 is provided with the groove 12 in the blade widthwise direction, and the lower edge of the groove 12 is so regulated that it is situated below the upper surface of the fixed blade 6 when the movable blade 1 is located t the lowest position. A high-viscous grease is filled in the groove 12 and the cut surface of the lattice 10, after being cut, comes into contact with the grease surface, thereby the cut surface of the lattice 10 is coated with the grease and therefore the adhesion of active material to the cut surface during the active material filling process can be prevented. |
