<p>The machining device (17) for a woodworking machine includes a tool carrying spindle (14) mounted so that it can rotate, on which are engaged a tool (11) having a machining surface which is axisymmetric about the axis of the spindle (14), this surface being intended to machine one of the faces of an elongate piece of wood (15), and a second tool (12) in contact with the first tool (11) and having an axisymmetric surface which is shaped to machine a face perpendicular to the aforementioned face and at the same time as the latter.
