PURPOSE:To eliminate malfunction due to a noise by providing the method of detecting a signal of a constant level or more being input for more than a certain time while using a photocoupler as the method of driving. CONSTITUTION:As level conversion parts, photocouplers PC11-PCmn are used. At respective prior stage of the photocouplers, timing gate circuits T11-Tmn are placed and after it is found that Y-side drivers Y1-Yn and X-side drivers X1-Xm are all ON at more than the constant level and for more than the constant time, those photocouplers are actuated. |
