<p>PURPOSE: To increase the strength of a substrate in a measuring element for a measuring device of the mass flow rate of a flowing medium by decreasing a stress peak at the slit edges of the separation slit of the substrate with ease in a simple configuration. CONSTITUTION: A measuring element 1 is provided with separation slits 7 and 8 which are optimized on their forms. The slit 8 is provided with a bend lapse section 13 in order to weaken notching effects and decrease a stress peak, and the separation slot 7 is provided with a slit edge 18 configured as an extension 36.</p> |
