<p>PURPOSE:To provide a sealing device of a tube connection part for maintaining high sealing performance and durability in a using condition of high temperature and high heat load. CONSTITUTION:A disc spring assembly body 13 is manufactured by a sealing ring 10 in a sealing device of a tube contact part by putting a plurality of heat-resistant coned disc springs 11, 12 together on the outer diametral parts and whereby welding them together. A plurality of disc spring assemblies 13 are connected to each other into a layered form, and even when the degree of deformation of the coned disc springs 11, 12 is small, the degree of deformation as the sealing ring 10 consisting of the coned disc springs 11, 12 becomes large. Even when the sealing ring 10 is used under a condition of high temperature and high heat load, the sealing surface of the sealing ring 10 is constantly in a tightly sticking state, and high sealing performance is maintained while excellent durability is achieved with no unnecessary force working on each coned disc spring.</p> |
