PURPOSE:To enable the titled method to possess high moisture permeability though the titled film is non-porous and a fine hole forming agent is not used, by stretching a polyamino acid urethane resin film in an unstretched state in a monoaxial or biaxial direction. CONSTITUTION:The titled film is a resin film composed of polyamino acid urethane resin and it is stretched unidirectionally at least. In addition to the above, its manufacture is performed based on a method wherein an unstretched resin film composed of the polyamino acid urethane resin is stretched 1.5-13 times under the temperature terms of 60-150 deg.C and heat treatment is performed within a temperature range of 100-160 deg.C at a take-up ratio of 0.9-1.0 in a gaseous atmosphere whose temperature is higher than that at the time of stretching. It is desirable to make a film of 10-100mum in thickness from a viewpoint of operational properties to stretch an unstretched PAU resin film. With this construction, a moisture permeable and waterproof film having the same degree of moisture permeability as a porous film is obtained through it is a non-porous polyamino acid urethane resin film. |
