PURPOSE:To provide the device for sintering the anode element of a solid electrolytic capacitor with the capacity capable of being increased in accordance with the production scale, without the productivity being hardly lowered even when the device gets out of order and capable of being excellently maintained. CONSTITUTION:Plural sintering units 1a,...1d each contg. a heater, a heat shielding plate and a sintering dish holder and having dewaxing, sintering and cooling functions are set, and a unit for charging and discharging the anode elements to and from the sintering unit is furnished. Consequently, the capacity is easily increased in accordance with the production scale, the productivity is hardly lowered even when one sintering unit gets out of order and the device is excellently maintained. |
