PURPOSE:To provide a tire vulcanizing machine with a short stroke cylinder for improving safety, simplifying the operation, improving vulcanizing accuracy and the like. CONSTITUTION:A tire vulcanizing machine comprises a fixed bottom force 3 disposed on a frame 1 of the vulcanizing machine and a movable top force 4 disposed on the lower face side of a lifting stand 5 and operated and closed in the direction vertical to the fixed bottom force 3. Said tire vulcanizing machine for vulcanization molding a tire in the top and bottom forces 3 and 4 is also provided with a top force lifting means 31 for lifting and lowering the movable top force 4 in the vertical direction through the lifting stand 5, a mold pressurizing device 8 provided on the upper section side of the frame 1 of the vulcanizing machine, a pressure transmitting component 16 disposed standing on the lifting stand 5 and transmitting the pressurizing force of mold pressurizing device 8 to the movable top force 4 and a hollow section 12 running through the upper section side of the frame 1 of vulcanizing machine in the vertical direction into which a pressurizing force transmitting component 16 is inserted when the movable top force 4 is lifted and lowered in the vertical direction.
