<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the method, which can detect chicken-infectious Fabricius- bursa disease virus (IBDV) and can detect the antibody of IBDV by the simple method with good sensitivity without causing nonspecific reaction. CONSTITUTION:Sensitization latex particles of an antibody for IBDV, which can be produced in a large scale stably by a simple method, are mixed with a sample to be inspected, which is obtained from the serum of a chicken without processing such as special refinement in the substantially intact state, and the IBDV is detected. Or the sample to be inspected is brought into contact with the standardized antigen of the inactivated IBDV, then, the antibody sensitization latex particles are mixed with the IBDV. The antibody titer of the sample to be inspected is detected based on the aggregation obstruction of the antibody sensitization latex particles at this time.</p> |
