<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the generation of NOx by a method wherein low-oxygen concentration combustion through low-temperature combustion and own exhaust gas recirculation is effected without providing any auxiliary flame port. CONSTITUTION:The opening areas of respective flame ports 16, 17 are made so as to be different from each other by changing the size of wires for wire nets 18, 19 constituting respective flame ports 16, 17 while the flame ports 17, having smaller opening area, are provided at positions lower than the positions of the other flame ports 16, having larger opening area. Accordingly, a burner is not provided with any auxiliary flame port whereby the surface temperature of the burner near the flame ports can be prevented from becoming high, the reduction of the generation of NOx can be contrived and the increase of the machining cost of flame ports as well as the number of components of the burner can be prevented.</p> |
