PURPOSE:To simplify unit operation and to enhance the quality of treated water, by treating waste water in a biological treatment process while introducing waste water after treatment into an evaporation process to evaporate the evaporative component in waste water before taking out treated water. CONSTITUTION:Waste water, from which inpurities are removed by a pretreatment apparatus 1, is transferred to a biological treatment process while the treated waste water is dehydrated and finally treated in the compositing or drying and incineration equipment 9 of a final treatment process. A biological treatment apparatus 2 may be an activated sludge system but, in order to remove ammonia and to enhance the water quality of treated water in the evaporation apparatus 15 in a post stage, a recirculation system capable of removing not only an org. substance but also nitrogen is pref. In the evaporation apparatus 15, the collective treatment of hardly decomposable COD, a color component, T-P and a dissolvable substance not decomposed by biological treatment is performed. |
