PURPOSE:To easily produce fine hollow particles in a large amt. by changing an emulsion in a pressurizing state contg. the liquid particulates in which gas is pressurized and dissolved from the pressurizing state to an atm. pressure state. CONSTITUTION:The gas supplied from a gas cylinder 5 is pressurized and supplied by a pump 4a to a raw material chamber 1 and is dissolved in the raw material liquid of the hollow particles stored in the chamber 1. The raw material liquid in which the gas is dissolved is supplied via a valve 6a into a dispersion chamber 2 where the raw material liquid is stirred with a dispersion medium in the chamber 2, by which the emulsion is formed in a pressurized state. The gas dissolved in the raw material is no longer dissolved as the pressure off the chamber 2 is the atm. pressure when the emulsion in the pressurized state formed in such a manner is discharged via a valve 6b to the outside. Foaming arises within the particulates constituting the emulsion and the particles themselves become the hollow particles. The hollow particles consisting of the raw material liquid as shells are formed. |
