<p>PURPOSE:To shorten the cycle of an overhauling process by a method wherein the whole is extracted from a molding press together with a carrier board, the whole is held from upper and lower sections, the carrier board is directed to the upper side by turning over upper and lower sections, the carrier board is removed, the whole is moved to another place and a laminated board and a mirror plate are separated. CONSTITUTION:A built-up article 1, in which laminated boards and mirror plates are superposed alternately, is extracted from a molding press under the state in which the article 1 is placed on a carrier board 2. The whole after a cushion material 3-a is removed is held from upper and lower sections, and upper and lower sections are turned over, thus positioning the carrier board 2 on the upper side. The carrier board 2 and a cushion material 3-b are taken off and forwarded to a conveyor line, and the build-up article 1 is transferred to another place and the laminated boards and the mirror plates are separated and overhauled. The, cushion material 3-a from a build-up article to be separated and overhauled next is removed, and a series of operation of inversion operation and the taking-off of the carrier board 2 and the cushion material 3-b is conducted in parallel.</p> |
