<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the title material which is easily reproduced and has a low dielectric constant by impregnating a woven fabric with a thermoplastic resin and molding the fabric. CONSTITUTION:A woven fabric is immersed in a dispersion of a swollen thermoplastic polycarbonate resin represented by the formula in an organic solvent to allow resin particles to adhere to the surfaces and inner parts of the fabric. This fabric is rinsed in water or in a liquid which does not swell the resin, thereby removing the solvent from the resin. The resulting fabric is dried to obtain a prepreg impregnated with the resin. This prepreg is press-molded with heating.</p> |
