<p>PURPOSE:To peel and separate a coated film of a resin molded product and recycle the resin molded product by putting the resin molded product with coated film into a container in which peeling solution composed of a solvent of given specific gravity heated to the given temperature is fed and closing the container. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a resin molded product such as a bumper of an automobile is coated, for example, with an acid modified chlorinated polyolefin prime coating material and a polyurethane top coating material in multilayer. In the case of peeling and separating a film of said resin molded product, the resin molded product is cut, broken or crushed into the optional size and put into a container 2 in which peeling solution 1 is contained. The peeling solution 1 is provided with specific gravity between the resin and the film of resin molded product and containing a solvent for dissolving or swelling at least a part of the film, and is used in the state of being heated to the optional temperature under the boiling point. The container 1 is kept in the closed state and the film is peeled off completely and quickly.</p> |
