<p>PURPOSE: To easily manufacture a desired vamp part for shoes of any size by providing a surface of the vamp part with a variable flower pattern or the like by the crimp molding, after a specific designed and colored pattern is formed on the surface of the vamp material surface of artificial leather by the halftone printing. CONSTITUTION: The artificial leather is cut into a single rear sheet 110 of proper size, the design and pattern of proper shape is formed on a surface of the vamp sheet 110 by the crimp molding to manufacture the vamp apart 120, and under a condition that the artificial leather thicker than that of an ordinary one is used, a specific designed and colored pattern 101 is formed on a specified position of the surface of the vamp sheet 110 by the halftone printing. Then the vamp sheet 110 is pressed to a bottom face of a rubber mold in such manner that it is adhered to a mold cavity having a pattern of flower or the like corresponding to the designated and colored pattern 101, and then the vamp sheet 110 is pressed and thermally molded from an upper part of the same, to obtain the vamp part 120 having an irregular pattern 113. The vamp part 120 is sent to a machine sewing process to finish the vamp of the shoe.</p> |
